I Need to Travel With an Infant or Small Child, What Do I Need to Know?
Airline policies mandate that infants are considered to be a person
0 - 24 months
of age for the entire length of travel. A
child is considered to be a person 2 - 11 years of age
for the entire length of travel.
For domestic flights, an infant does not need a ticket,
and will be allowed to
sit on an adult's lap. If you wish your
infant to occupy their own seat, you must purchase a separate
child's ticket. The airlines only permit one lap
infant per adult traveler. Any additional
infants will be required to occupy a seat,
and purchase tickets accordingly.
On international flights an infant must have a ticket, even if the infant sits
on an adult's lap. In addition, full standard departure, arrival, passenger,
airport and security taxes apply to all infants.
Children may be booked on the
website. Infant reservations must be
handled over the phone. If you are
traveling with an infant, as a lap child,
please make your reservation on the
internet, then contact us immediately to add
the infant details. Unfortunately, due
to the variety of restrictions infants
cannot be booked online.
IMPORTANT TRAVEL TIP:
For international travel, all persons, including newborn infants, are required
to obtain passports in their own name.

I found a cheap rate the other day and now it's not there. What happened?
Airfares are subject to change until you purchase your ticket.

day, based upon availability. Airlines
reserve the right to adjust fares at anytime.
Low Fares can sell out at any time. It is
best to purchase your ticket when you find an acceptable airfare.
I Received an E-mail that said "Airfare Pulled" After Booking my Reservation?
Quoted airfares are not guaranteed until processed by one of our Travel
Specialists. The airline reserves the right
to change the rate at any time until the
ticket has been generated. This happens in very limited situations, but it can happen.
Usually, credit card problems and delays
cause tickets not to be issued immediately,
and airfares to increase. If you have
received this type of e-mail, your reservation has been cancelled and your
credit card was not charged. If you would like to re-book, call one of our
agents at 888-312-1896. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience.
Can I Change the Name on a Reservation?
Once tickets are purchased they are non-transferable. Airline tickets are valid
for one year from the date that they were issued. If the passenger wishes to
change the ticket, he or she should re-schedule the trip by contacting the
airline directly. Remember, if you fail to
show up for your scheduled flightthe ticket will have NO VALUE.

no-show! Always contact the airline(s) and
keep notes of the airline representatives
you speak to. You are
responsible for the loss of ticket value if you do not show for your flight.
