Travel Documentation:
You must arrive at an airline check-in
counter with a copy of your electronic
ticket, or your paper ticket. Your
original online booking confirmation is not
ticket. After your credit card is
processed, you will be sent an electronic
ticket, or a paper ticket. Either
ticket is required for travel. All
necessary travel documentation (tickets,
passports, visas, picture ID) is the
responsibility of the passenger.
Proof of identity is required for both domestic and international travel.
Necessary
identification may include a valid Picture
ID, passport, and visas. It is
each traveler's responsibility to verify the necessary travel documents required for each
specific country to be visited prior to departure.
Reconfirmation:
Domestic Airfares and International Airfares must be reconfirmed by the traveling
passenger / purchaser at least 48 hours prior to departure. In order to offer
you these cheap airline tickets we have limited staff, for this reason you
agree it is the traveling passeneger / purchasers responsiblity to verify with the
airlines 48 hours prior to departure any flight or itinerary changes to your airline
tickets despite what the airlines tell you.
Failure to reconfirm may cause the passenger
to be unaware of schedule changes, and
result in the loss of your reservation. A
no-show for any flight within your
reservation will
result in automatic cancellation of all
ongoing flight segments within that
reservation. The
passenger assumes full responsibility and possible loss of ticket value for verifying all
flight details 48 hour prior to departure. The terms of purchasing airline tickets
from Cheapairfaresfirst.com require the passenger / purchaser to be 100% responsible
to verify flights 48 hours prior to departure. If you do not agree with these terms
then you should not purchase an airline ticket from our company.
Changeability of fares:
We sell discounted flights to Europe, Africa, Asia, Middle
East, Far East, South America, Canada, and
the United States. Most airleins who service these cities may
not allow changes. If an airline allows a change you can be charged a change penalty
by the airline and our company, plus any changes in the airfare. We know issues
happen in life, but plaese be sure of your travel dates.
Most fares involve restrictions. A change in carrier(s), flight(s), time(s),
or routing(s) could result in a carrier demanding
additional changes. Obtain agency or airline
assistance before making changes.
If your plans change enroute, contact the airline directly becuase only they can
assist you..
Departure times, flights and fares are based on current tariffs that are subject to
change without notice.
Shipping Paper Tickets:
You prefer e-tickets, and we do to.
In all cases it is our goal to issue e-tickets.
Unfortunately, not all reservations can be
issued as an electronic ticket. If a paper
ticket is required you will incur a shipped
fee to have tickets sent to you.
Tickets are shipped by UPS or
FedEx. The fees are $20.00 2nd day
delivery and $25.00 for next
day domestic shipping. Higher shipping
fees will be incurred for Saturday delivery,
which may not be available in all
areas.
Tickets Refunds:
If an airline will allow us to cancel your booking, canceled or unused tickets must be returned
before proper credit can be issued. Lost,
stolen, or destroyed tickets can be refunded,
pending specific required
documentation. Airline imposed service
charges may/ may not be applied.
Refunds can usually be processed in the case
of death, or hospitalization of the traveler
(or immediate family member). Specific
documentation is required. Please
contact our offices for help in these
matters.
Hotels:
Are usually confirmed on a guaranteed payment basis. If you cancel or change plans,
please notify your hotel(s) within the time period specified.
Tour / Package Prices:
Are subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuations, tariff changes or
increase in operational costs. In addition, group tours/packages are based on a minimum
number of passengers traveling: if the number of passengers falls below the minimum
required, a surcharge may be imposed on all other passengers.

If an airline declares bankruptcy it might continue service, limited service, or stop

Travel agents may not be allowed to refund tickets on airlines that have declared
bankruptcy. Money given to a travel agent immediately becomes the property of the airlines;

Many factors influence the lowest fares

on the ticket will be the lowest possible fare at departure time.

Retention of tickets, reservations or bookings after issuance shall constitute

Service Charges:
The On Line Self Booking fee is $28.00
per person for issuance of airline tickets, car, hotel,
and cruise or tour bookings. There is also a $75.00 Non-Refundable fee assessed in the
event of a refund or cancellation in addition to
any penalties imposed by the
airline, car, hotel vendor or cruise or tour operator.
Refunds from airlines, tour companies, cruise lines and hotels will be made to our
customers only after we have received the monies from those sources. It
may take 6 to 12 weeks for some airlines to issue refunds.
